We exclusively use "No-Clean" flux and solder paste. While many assemblers are switching to No-Clean, we began with it - and are constantly working to improve our process. Our manufacturing area and offices have conductive flooring, providing exceptional ESD protection. We are continually investing in equipment and training to make sure our people and their tools keep pace in this rapidly changing industry.

Production Capabilities

We have 3 fully automated Surface Mount production lines. The lines range in rated speed up to 51,000 parts per hour and can place parts as small as 0201 chips to large BGA’s. All three lines have MPM Ultraflex 3000 screen printers for the fastest set up time and best quality prints. Each line has a standard chip shooter/flex placer arrangement with equipment from Universal, Instruments, Assembleon(Philips), and Panasonic. We use Research Inc and Heller ovens and all three lines have fully automated loading and unloading capability.
