Manufacturing

We have 3 fully automated Surface Mount production lines. The lines range in rated speed from 62,000 to 78,500 parts per hour and can place parts as small as 0201 chips to large BGA's. All lines have MPM Ultraflex 3000 screen printers for the fastest set up time and best quality prints. All lines have placement machines from Universal Instruments. We use Research Inc and BTU ovens and all lines have fully automated loading and unloading capability.

Inspection capabilities include AOI and X-Ray. Rework capabilities include Air-Vac semi-automated removal and replacement.

Additional equipment includes: Universal Instrument's Fully Automated Thru-Hole Machinery (DIP, Axial, and Radial), 2 Electrovert's Wave Solder Machines (ROHS and Non-ROHS), and ERSA's Selective Solder Machine.
